How to book an appointment

Come in to visit – you can drop in by Borough Council offices or book an appointment, with our staff list below. If you need a long appointment it is better to book!

Our team celebrating 10 years

Julie Chaplin – Project Lead -30 years experience in project management and delivery to marginalised and vulnerable groups.  ESF, lottery, PHT, SFA etc  Qualified teacher BA, MA, PGCE, IOSH.        

Kasandra Kosyeva – administrator – business Studies level 3 – 2 years experiences with charity log.  Speaks Russian, Lithuanian and English. Lived experience as Migrant.

Roberta Tarasoviene – 10 years experience as support worker.  Business Studies BA. Project lead on 7 year ESF/national lottery funded program. Speaks Russian, English and Lithuanian.  Works in local schools. Lived experience as Migrant.

Gintare Fomina – 10 years experience as support worker. Project lead on 2 year NHS partnership program.  Speaks Russian, English and Lithuanian. Lived experience as migrant. 

Olena Cherednichenko – 1 year experience as Ukrainian support worker.  Previous work, stats collation and databases.  Speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.  Lived experience as refugee.

Ludmila Prohorova – SEN Support worker & OISC L1 Immigration Adviser – 11 years’ work experience in advice & guidance. Lived experience as migrant. Spoken languages Russian & English. People focussed and enjoying every day at work by helping others.

Marina Jaivoronoc – 2 years of experience working with clients as a social worker. Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance. Equivalent to Level 5 Diploma in Ecology and Environmental Protection. Languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian.

Kristina – 2 years of experience as a support worker at the “Welcome Centre”. I can speak Lithuanian, Russian and English. I have a master’s degree in law. BA Level 2, IAG Level 2 qualifications. I have always had passion for helping others. I enjoy when people come to me to talk about the hardship they are experiencing and being able to provide them with feedback or helpful advice.

Viktoras Bileiciukas – I have a year of Information, advice and guidance experience.  My speciality is dealing with veterans, and those with long term addictions issues.  I am a qualified first aider.

Vesta Sarniene – I have two years’ experience of working in the Welcome centre.  I have a Level 2 in Information, advice and guidance.  I am also the first face you see at the Hanseatic union, giving excellent customer service.  I will book you appointments and given you access to all our services.
